Young People of the Future is a non-profit organization supporting high school graduates with scholarships & recognizes young latinos or children of latino parents who are graduating from college or university.

To inspire, guide, and empower young Latinos through education, recognition, and community opportunities. We support their growth through scholarships, leadership programs, and motivational talks.

Martha Anci, Founder & Executive Director
Martha Anci, was born in Cajamarca, Peru. She migrated to New Jersey in 1989. She always loved to work with our youth and inspire them. She formed this non-profit in 2016. She retired as a teacher and now owns a daycare in Paterson, NJ. She is a proud Peruvian community leader. She has 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
